Annual Physical(In-Person)

A comprehensive wellness exam, or a second independent opinion, including a review of your health history and basic screenings labs order or a sport physical or return to work note.
In-Office Procedures

We can order routine blood work for screenings, self pay and billed by lab at direct, wholesale-based lab pricing - Imagine studies also ordered in a very cost effective out of pocket fee billed by radiology.
