For 1 adult and 2 children. Full direct access to your physician and coordinated care for your kids.

Do I still need insurance?
Yes — DPC membership covers primary care visits directly, but we recommend pairing it with a high-deductible or catastrophic insurance plan for hospitalization, specialists, and emergencies. Your doctor can order your medications, labs, radiology using your insurance OR you can choose to pay out of pocket for these with heavily discounted price!
What does membership cost?
Membership is a flat monthly fee with no copays or hidden charges for your office care( In person, phone, text, video) — see our Services page for current pricing and included items to your membership.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
In many cases, yes — membership fees is normally eligible depending on your plan; we recommend confirming with your HSA/FSA administrator or use your HSA card to pay for your membership.
How fast can I get an appointment?
Most of minor conditons could be managed using text, phone and vidio visits through our secured EMR systsm during working hours. If an in-person visit is required, members are seen same or next business day.
Is there a penalty for cancellation?
Membership fee is billed on a month-to-month basis,iCare require a 30-day written (email or dropping a letter or text) notice for cancellation. Membership fees are non-refundable for the current active billing cycle and WILL NOT BE PRORATED, but membership stop immediately after the 30 days notice period.
